Shipping
1. After confirmation of your order by the paypal (usually takes a few minutes after payment) your order goes into status "pending".
2. We will send the ordered template to your account e-mail like an attachment file. The shipping is FREE. Your order goes into status "delivered".
3. The time between the confirmation of the order and delivery to your email may takes 24 hours.
Returns
1. Because the specifics of our services we do not provide the return of goods after they have already been sent. We do not refund money for any services that we already have done (installation of Zen Cart, templates, add-ons, products adding, banner and logo design, etc.)
2. If the customer surrenders its order before we send the template/s (or we did the services), then get back the entire amount as a refund.
